Radio Design Labs (RDL)

The RDL D-J1 Microphone Input Assembly is a complete microphone input panel assembly. Connections to the female front-panel XLR jack are made on a rear barrier block. The D-J1 fits directly into back boxes, available from RDL to fit cabinets or US or international walls (RDL WB-1U).

The RDL D‑CIJ3 is the ideal choice in installations requiring the passive mixing of two unbalanced line level audio sources to feed a mono balanced (or unbalanced) audio line. The D‑CIJ3 is a complete unbalanced line‑level audio input module.

The RDL D-CIJ3D Stereo Consumer Input Jacks are the ideal choice in installations requiring stereo unbalanced line level audio sources to feed stereo balanced (or unbalanced) audio lines. The D-CIJ3D is a complete unbalanced line-level audio input module.

The RDL AV-HK1 is a stereo transformer isolation module for use with unbalanced, high impedance audio inputs. Input and output connections are provided on gold-plated phono jacks. The AV-HK1 is supplied with two adapter cables to facilitate connecting with products that use mini-plugs and jacks.

The RDL ST-VCA3 Voltage Controlled Amplifier is used in applications requiring smooth audio level control from a remote control panel, potentiometer or dc voltage (0 to 10 V). Installation in series with the audio input of a power amplifier allows remote control of that amplifier's level.

The RDL DS-HA1A Format-A Stereo Headphone Amplifier is a two pair receiver and audio headphone amplifier compatible with RDL Format A twisted pair products. Each HA1A receives stereo audio and 24 Vdc power through a rear-panel RJ45 jack fed from a Format-A sender.

The EZ-ADA4 Stereo Audio Distribution Amplifier is a stereo audio distribution amplifier with gain adjustment and audio level metering. The input is connected through RCA jacks or a MINI jack. A front-panel knob adjusts for high or low input levels using the left and right channel LED VU meters.

The RDL ST MX2 2 Channel Audio Mixer is used in any application requiring mixing of two audio sources. A mic may be mixed with a line-level music source. Two mics may be mixed to feed the mic or line level input of a power amplifier.

The RDL EZ-MPA1 is a microphone preamplifier with front-panel volume control and audio level metering. A front-panel switch engages an audio compressor to control overloads and clipping during high level audio bursts or peaks from the microphone.

The RDL EZ-MCP1 Microphone Compressor is an in-line microphone compressor that produces consistent audio levels despite wide variations (up to 30 dB) from the microphone. It is installed between a dynamic or condenser microphone and a mic-level mixer or amplifier input.

The RDL EZ-MX4ML Microphone and Stereo Line Audio Mixer is a stereo audio mixer with two mic and two line inputs. Microphones connect through balanced XLR jacks that provide phantom voltage. Both line inputs connect through RCA jacks; one also includes a MINI-jack input.

The RDL FP-MP1 Studio Quality Microphone Preamplifier is the ideal choice in most applications where mic to line preamplification is desired. Power connections are made using either the full-size barrier block terminals or a dc power jack located in one end panel.

The RDL TX-PA40D Stereo Audio Amplifier is the ideal choice in many applications where a high quality, high-efficiency utility amplifier is needed to drive a pair of 4 Ω or 8 Ω speakers. It is specifically suited to fixed-gain amplification applications where gain is controlled by other equipment.

The RDL RU-PA40D Stereo Audio Amplifier is the ideal choice in many applications where a high quality, high-efficiency utility amplifier is needed to drive a pair of 4 Ω or 8 Ω speakers. It is specifically suited to amplification applications where users need to adjust the gain.

The RDL RU-MLA2 is a dual channel audio preamplifier. The inputs and outputs may be connected through the front-panel XLR jacks or on the rear panel detachable terminal blocks. Each input accepts either a balanced microphone or line level signal. Each output provides either a microphone or line level signal.

The RDL TX-TPR3A is a three-pair audio receiving module compatible with RDL Format-A twisted pair products. Three outputs are provided corresponding to the three signal pairs A, B and C. The audio signal received on each pair of the RJ45 INPUT jack feeds the corresponding -10 dBV unbalanced RCA phono jack output.

The RDL EZ-HDA4B Stereo Headphone Distribution Amplifier contains four stereo headphone amplifiers with individual front-panel volume controls. Headphone outputs are provided on rear-panel MINI jacks.

The RDL EZ-HSX4 Stereo Audio Input Switcher with Headphone Amp is a stereo audio source selector with an output volume control. Line-level and headphone outputs are provided. This unit is ideal as a four input headphone amplifier and as a source selector feeding an associated audio amplifier.
