Q1. Can I get a confirmation of my order? Yes. Your confirmation will be sent directly to the e-mail address provided. Please remember to change your spam folder settings to accept mail from ProAcousticsUSA.com. If you still have not recieved your invoice, feel free to call us Toll-Free at (888) 256-4112 and we will send you an additional copy. Please remember to have your order number ready!     Q2. How can I place an order? It's easy. Just look for the "Add to Cart" buttons that appear on most product pages. Click on the "Add to Cart" button for the product you wish to purchase, then follow the steps to place and purchase your order.     Q3. How do I check my order status? When you place an on line you will receive an order confirmation by email. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your package tracking information.     Q4. How do I use the new site Navigation Tools? Take one look at our new website and you will notice there has been a drastic change in design. We have spent months coming up with a more functional and easy to use site that we hope will make your shopping experience with us more enjoyable. Below are the new navigation areas and their descriptions: 1. Section Tabs are the gray tabs you see at the very top of our site. Each tab contains all the products, categories and subcategories for its specific Section. The new sections include: Home Audio, Commercial Audio, Pro Audio, and Recording. 2. The Category Menu looks a lot like it used to on our old site, however we have added the wonderful functionality of being able to open and close the categories to display subcategories of products. Each category contains its own subcategories, where you will find the individual products your looking for. 3. The Guided Search is brand new to our site and is by far one of our favorites. Located just below the main banner image of the page, this area will allow you to narrow your search results by selecting criteria from the lists provided. The lists include: Subcategory, Manufacturer, Application, and Price. For example: Lets say we search the word "Speaker", your results come to about 160 pages worth of products. Now we can go to the guided search area and select "JBL" from the list of manufacturers. Now all our results are JBL speakers. 4. The Navigation Helper allows you to see exactly where you are on the site. This is the dark gray bar just above the Guided Search area. Lets say we do a search for an exact product, the Shure SM58 for example. We do the search and we go to the product page. Once there, you will notice the Navigation Helper will show what category and subcategory the product is found in. This helps when trying to find similar products to the one your looking at. 5. The Keyword Search is the updated version of our old search bar. Now with the ability to set a price range for your results as well as select the manufacturer. The best part is when you type in your keyword itself. For example: lets type in the word "speaker", before hitting enter or clicking GO you will notice a dropdown box displaying keywords with the word "speaker" in it. Pretty cool eh?     Q5. How long does it take to process my order? All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping. All special orders may have an extended processing time prior to shipping (please call for a quote). • We do not ship on the weekends or holidays • ProAcousticsUSA.com does not process orders during the weekend. • No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday. • ProAcousticsUSA.com does not guarantee same day shipping. FedEx: FedEx Express Saver - Delivery within 3 business days. FedEx 2nd Day - Delivery within 2 business days. FedEx Standard Overnight - Delivery in 1 business day. UPS: UPS Guaranteed 3 Day Service - Delivery within 3 business days. UPS 2nd Day - Delivery within 2 business days. UPS 2nd Day AM Residential (Not Available). UPS Next Day Saver - Delivery in 1 business day. Orders shipping via UPS Guaranteed 3 Day Service may ship via UPS Ground if UPS can guarantee a ground delivery to your shipping address in 3 or fewer days. International orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Military APO/FPO - APO/FPO orders welcome! Delivery will take approximately 2 to 6 weeks. Due to military APO/FPO. FedEx ships to Hawaii and Alaska via FedEx 2Day only and cannot provide an exact delivery time. If you've selected any other FedEx shipping method prior to choosing a shipping address in Hawaii or Alaska, your shipping method will default to FedEx 2Day and you will be charged accordingly. FedEx ships to Puerto Rico via FedEx International Economy only. If you've selected any other FedEx shipping method prior to choosing shipping address in Puerto Rico. UPS ships to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day Saver only. If you've selected any other UPS shipping method prior to choosing a shipping address in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, your shipping method will default to the cheapest available UPS shipping method and you will be charged accordingly. BAX Global for International shipments is available. 20. Yellow Freight – USA shipments are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Yellow delivery is available for Hawaii - Weekly sailings are made to each of the outer islands from Honolulu . Allow an additional 5-7 days for delivery for outer island shipments Yellow service facility in San Juan , Puerto Rico, and offers door-to-door service to and from all points in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. AIT - Front Door Delivery, In Home Delivery within 3 to 5 business days. AIT delivery is not available for Hawaii , Alaska or Puerto Rico. Orders shipping to Puerto Rico will incur a 6.6% duty tax. What are the Pro Acoustics store hours? Pro Acoustics is open Monday-Friday 8:00 PM to 5:00 PM (CST) (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST) to take orders or help you with any questions. Our friendly after-hours answering service is available between open and close on weekdays and 24 hours Saturday and Sunday. What payment methods do you accept? We accept these major credit cards: American Express, Optima, Visa, MasterCard, Discover® debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos. We also accept bank bank wire transfers, cashier's checks, certified checks, personal checks (though they will be subject to verification, and this will slow the fulfillment process) and postal money orders.
