Here at Pro Acoustics, we live audio! We pride ourselves in our ability to keep up with the constantly expanding library of knowledge that surrounds the sound industry. We understand that the best way to communicate this information to our clients is through our close-knit staff. This team is comprised of people with a wide range of skills and knowledge to offer our customers.

 

Jeff Palladino
Sales Manager / System Designer

Jeff has a BBA Degree from Baylor University and 30 years of Sales, Management and Audio Experience.  At Pro Acoustics he helps design and assist customers with their systems as well as helping to manage our Sales Team. He spends his free time at home with his incredible wife of 30 years and their 6 children and 2 grandchildren. His favorite piece of audio gear is the Crown CDi1000 Power Amplifier, the song he listens to the most is the SpongeBob Theme Song and if he could have a superpower he would like the Iron Man chest projector beam, but it would have to be the Version 3 upgrade!

 

Nathan Turner
Assistant Sales Manager / System Designer

Nathan is part of our Sales Team. He has spent his life around audio with local churches and went on to work for national and regional production companies and then to traveling with nationally touring artists. He spends his free time on his porch reading and watching his pets roam. His most played song used to be Peter Gabriel’s “ Sledgehammer” until he gave it up for Jackson Browne. His favorite piece of gear is his gig box with his headphones, earplugs, and bug spray. His gig box has been with him through many shows over the years.

 

Merry Grant
Sales Rep / System Designer

Merry works in our Sales Department. She carries a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and uses her extensive background in Customer Service to help our customers find the products that best suit their needs and budget.  She spends her free time volunteering with the Special Olympics, Susan G Komen, Race for the Cure, and doing Cross-Fit. Her most played songs are “What is Love” and “Good Enough”.

 

Coltin Kellough
Sales Rep / System Designer

Coltin is a sales engineer in our sales department and has been surrounded by music practically his entire life. Not only has he played in successful bands, he has learned and crafted the art of producing, mixing and mastering music. He loves to keep learning and growing as a professional in the audio industry and takes pride in the work that he does. He loves providing his customers with the best service and quality systems he can serve up.

 

Mark Woods
Sales Rep / System Designer

Mark is a Sales Engineer in our Sales Department and has been involved in the audio industry for much of his life. Mark has been a DJ since he was 17 years old, and has worked in many bars and clubs all across the country. Naturally, his favorite type of sound system to build is DJ packages. He enjoys spending his free time with his kids, and is even teaching them to DJ too!

 

Robin Rowell Smith
Web and Marketing Manager

Robin manages our Web Team, holds a degree in Digital Media Design and has worked in the design and website field for 6 years. She manages our websites and oversees all website related projects and marketing. She loves what she does and believes that everything should be done to the best of your ability. Her favorite type of music comes from bands like The Cure, Gin Blossoms, Jimmy Eatworld, and Oasis.  Her favorite quote is “Use the force, Harry.” – Gandalf

 

Charity Whyte
Business Affairs Coordinator / Customer Service

Charity has over 8 years of Customer Service experience in both the retail and banking industries and earned her Associate’s Degree in Business Management in 2008. At Pro Acoustics she ensures that all of our e-Commerce sites are running smoothly and that our customers are taken care of promptly. When she is not spending time with her children she is an avid reader.  She starts her day listening to Bob Marley’s “Three Little Birds”.

 

Mae Medina-Natal
Accounting

Mae works in Pro Acoustics’ Accounting Department. She is responsible for a little bit of everything from helping out our customers to assisting our Sales Team. She carries a BSBA in Accounting and has spent the majority of her life gaining the invaluable experience she brings to our team. When she gets a few minutes to herself, you can find her sleeping or curled up with a good book. Her most played songs are “Gotta Believe” by Yolanda Adams and “Waiting on the World to Change” by John Mayer.

 

Susan Burton
Order Processing

Susan processes all of our new Customer Orders. She has over 30 years of invoicing, data entry, and clerical experience. She has 3 children and 7 grandchildren and if she could have any superpower it would be to make certain they had all of the happiness in the world. When she has a few minutes of downtime she passes it watching her favorite television shows. She doesn’t listen to music often, but when she does she prefers country.

  

Harmony Pelizzari
Web Team / Content Coordinator

Harmony has spent the last 10 years in Customer Service and the last 20+ years as a musician. When she isn’t working she is spending her time with her husband, 5 kids, and her guitar. If she could meet anyone she would love to jam with Dave Grohl. Her most played song is “Your Love” by The Outfield.

  

Brenna McNeil
Web Team / Product Data Management Specialist

Brenna is part of the Web Team and Marketing Department. She graduated from Indiana University where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. She enjoys learning new things and putting them to use. She loves spending time with her husband and their 2 dogs. Her favorite song is "November Rain" by Guns N' Roses.

 

Rachel Florence
Web Team/ Marketing Coordinator

Rachel is our Marketing Coordinator. She graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Public Relations/Marketing and has worked in the marketing field for 8 years. She loves to spend as much time as possible outside, and can often be found running, biking or hiking. Though she went through a big U2 phase in high school, the music you are most likely to hear being played in her home is the soundtrack from Frozen (at the request of her 3 year old).
