Acceptance of Contract Terms

The following forms a legal agreement between you and PRO ACOUSTICS LLP ("PRO ACOUSTICS LLP"). Judgment upon any award may be entered in any Court of competent jurisdiction.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, PRO ACOUSTICS LLP shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product(s). Although your credit card normally is not charged prior to shipping an order, if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, PRO ACOUSTICS LLP will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. PRO ACOUSTICS LLP reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason whatsoever. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Pro Acoustics LLP will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel and Order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment from your credit company, payment facility or your bank.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set forth in the main Terms and Conditions" on our web site.
• You are not a USA based customer.

All orders placed with Pro Acoustics LLP are subject to contractual obligations with our vendors and manufacturers. Some products may not meet the operating specifications/standards such as operating voltages or safety agency regulations (FCC, UL and CE) governing import-export laws that are required to ship outside the USA. Therefore, Pro Acoustics LLP may not be able to fulfill your order and will have the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion. In the event that we must cancel your order, you will receive an email notification and a full refund. This can apply to customers who do not permanently reside at a United States address, are using a freight forwarder to deliver to an address outside the United States, or have not provided adequate information for proof of residency in the USA. Should you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.

Proof of Identity

If for any reason whatsoever Pro Acoustics LLP is not satisfied with the credit information presented, we may request further proof of identity such as a drivers license, utility bill or other means of legal identification. Or for any other reason we believe it is not in our best interest to process the order.

How to Cancel an Order - Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation's must be made 24 hrs prior to shipment in writing by faxing the cancellation to Pro Acoustics LLP clearly marked Order Cancellation with the order number at 254-698-2037, or emailed to sales@proacousticsusa.com. The customer must call Pro Acoustics LLP at 1-254-698-4042 to confirm the receipt of the cancellation.

Sales Taxes

PRO ACOUSTICS LLP withholds applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other location.

Transmissions

Any material, information or idea you transmit to or post on this site by any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be disseminated or used by PRO ACOUSTICS LLP or its affiliates for any purpose whatsoever. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all personal data provided to PRO ACOUSTICS LLP will be handled in accordance with PRO ACOUSTICS LLP's Privacy Policy.  Return Policy

What products are returnable?

Other than the exceptions described below, PRO ACOUSTICS accepts returns of products that are in "like-new" condition, with original packaging intact and all manuals and documentation, if returned within 30 days of delivery. Some non-defective returned products will be assessed a restocking fee, typically 15% to 20%, depending on our vendor's or manufacturer's policies. If the return is the result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs.

The following products are not returnable:

• Pro and commercial sound equipment
• Special orders
• Products that have been installed or are marred

The following products are returnable only if defective OR unopened:

• Recorders with built-in microphones, microphones, microphone capsules, and microphone accessory products (wind screens)
• Ear buds, headphones, and headsets
• Vacuum tubes
• Raw-framed speakers
• Clothing
• Software and soundware

How do I return a product?

To return a product, please follow these steps carefully:

1. Call PRO ACOUSTICS Customer Service at (888) 256-4112 first. If you think that an item you ordered may be defective, one of our Customer Service Advisors can troubleshoot with you over the phone to solve setup and installation problems.
2. If you would like to return the product, request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by phone from PRO ACOUSTICS Customer Service, or using the form below. You will usually receive the RMA by email within 24 hours of your request.
3. Please pack your returned product carefully. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product. To ensure safe shipping it is best to put the item inside of a protective shipping box. Please use the original outside box if possible. A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to suffer damage in transit.
4. Include the return label (which was included in the original shipment) with your product, and indicate the reason for your return and your preference of a refund or exchange.
5. PRO ACOUSTICS recommend that products be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is the result of our error, PRO ACOUSTICS will credit you with your cost of return shipping. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.

When will my return be processed?

PRO ACOUSTICS will do its best to process the return quickly. PRO ACOUSTICS will notify you by email that your RMA Request has been received within 2 business days of receipt. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. Refunds, less any restocking fees that apply, will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.

Layaway Plan (end users only, no distributors or dealers)

Deposits on regular merchandise will reserve equipment for 30 days. If further payment is not made, or if the sale is not completed within 30 days, the merchandise will be returned to stock, and your deposit refunded to you upon request. A deposit on used, trade-in, or sale merchandise will reserve the equipment up to 10 days. PRO ACOUSTICS LLP reserves the right to sell this merchandise to another customer and refund your original deposit, if we have not heard from you before the end of this 10-day period.

B-Stock or Demo Equipment

This equipment is sold with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
