The seller contacted me just before they shipped my purchase. They just confirmed that I understood what was not included in the purchase (i.e. foam inside the box). This is awesome customer service. I will make future purchases from Pro Acoustics as needed. They are great!

I ended up having to cancel my order because I didn't end up needing the item(s). Pro Acoustics answered back my email promptly and canceled my order with no problems. [The] situation was handled with professionalism and in fast matter without causing me any inconvenience. I would still use them in the future.
