AtlasIED UKT70-2C-U51-8 8" 5W Dual Voice Coil In-Ceiling Speaker

The UKT70-2C-U51-8 is an 8-inch dual voice coil in-ceiling loudspeaker engineered for life safety and emergency communication applications. Designed for fire protective signaling systems, it delivers reliable performance with clear voice intelligibility and extended frequency response.

This speaker features a dual (whizzer) cone design paired with a 10 oz ceramic magnet, ensuring minimal distortion and enhanced audio clarity. Its fire-retardant, moisture-proof cone construction makes it suitable for demanding environments where durability and safety are critical.

The unit includes a factory-mounted 70.7V transformer, 6-inch color-coded leads, a DC blocking capacitor, and a 51-8 baffle for simplified installation. It is UL listed under Standard 1480 for speakers used in fire-protective signaling systems.

For compliance, the UKT70-2C-U51-8 must be installed with UL-approved enclosures, making it a dependable solution for emergency paging, evacuation messaging, and life safety communication systems.
