Q1. Can I get a confirmation of my order?

Yes. Your order confirmation will be sent directly to the e-mail address provided. Please remember to change your spam folder settings to accept mail from ProAcousticsUSA.com. If you still have not received your invoice, feel free to call us Toll-Free at (888) 256-4112 and we will send you an additional copy. Please remember to have your order number ready!

Q2. How can I place an order?

It's easy. Just look for the "Add to Cart" buttons that appear on most product pages. Click on the "Add to Cart" button for the product you wish to purchase, then follow the steps to place and purchase your order.

Q3. How do I check my order status?

When you place an online order you will receive an order confirmation by email. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your package tracking information. If you created an account you can check the status of your order at any time by signing in and going to the My Orders section of your account.

Q4. How do I use the new site Navigation and Shop By tools?

Take one look at our new website and you will notice there has been a drastic change in design. We have spent months coming up with a more functional and easy to use site that we hope will make your shopping experience with us more enjoyable.

  1. The Shop By Category drop-down menu is very different from the navigation on our old site. Clicking on the Shop By Category button will drop down the main categories. Hovering over a category will trigger a fly out window with the subcategories. Listed under those are even further subcategories. Clicking on any of these links will take you to the correct page. Clicking the “View All” link under a category will also take you that category/subcategory. Each fly out window also has a “View All” link in the bottom right-hand corner that will take you to view every subcategory within the main category.

    We have changed our categories and how they are organized to better assist you. If you have trouble finding something, feel free to give us a call (888) 256-4112.

  2. The Shop By feature is brand new to our site and is, by far, one of our favorites. Located on the left-hand side of every category, this area will allow you to narrow your search results by selecting criteria from the lists provided. The lists include: Subcategory, Brands, Price, Colors, Sizes, and much more. You can select multi options from each so that you can see as many or as few results as you need.

  3. Our completely updated Search Engine makes finding a product easier than ever before! You no longer need to search by the part number or a keyword. Now, you can search by part number, model number, and/or any keyword. You will notice a drop-down window appear as you start typing in the search bar. You can click on any of the suggestions and the link will take you to the appropriate page.

  4. The Sort By Menu now provides you with more options to help you find exactly what you are looking for. The "Pro Acoustics Recommended" is our personal favorite. This option will sort the products that we have personally recommended to the top of the list. They are then sorted by price, lowest to highest.

All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping.

All special orders may have an extended processing time prior to shipping (please call for a quote).

  • We do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
  • ProAcousticsUSA.com does not process orders during the weekend.
  • No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
  • ProAcousticsUSA.com does not guarantee same day shipping.


FedEx:

  • FedEx Express Saver - Delivery within 3 business days.
  • FedEx 2nd Day - Delivery within 2 business days.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight - Delivery in 1 business day.


UPS:

  • UPS Guaranteed 3 Day Service - Delivery within 3 business days.
  • UPS 2nd Day - Delivery within 2 business days.
  • UPS 2nd Day AM Residential (Not Available).
  • UPS Next Day Saver - Delivery in 1 business day.


Orders shipping via UPS Guaranteed 3 Day Service may ship via UPS Ground if UPS can guarantee a ground delivery to your shipping address in 3 or fewer days.

International orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties, and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.

Military APO/FPO - APO/FPO orders welcome! Delivery will take approximately 2 to 6 weeks due to military APO/FPO.

FedEx ships to Hawaii and Alaska via FedEx 2Day only and cannot provide an exact delivery time. If you've selected any other FedEx shipping method prior to choosing a shipping address in Hawaii or Alaska, your shipping method will default to FedEx 2Day and you will be charged accordingly.

FedEx ships to Puerto Rico via FedEx International Economy only. If you've selected any other FedEx shipping method prior to choosing shipping address in Puerto Rico it will default to FedEx International Economy and you will be charged accordingly.

UPS ships to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day Saver only. If you've selected any other UPS shipping method prior to choosing a shipping address in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, your shipping method will default to the cheapest available UPS shipping method and you will be charged accordingly.

Yellow Freight – USA shipments are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Yellow delivery is available for Hawaii - Weekly sailings are made to each of the outer islands from Honolulu. Allow an additional 5-7 days for delivery for outer island shipments Yellow service facility in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and offers door-to-door service to and from all points in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

AIT - Front Door Delivery, In-Home Delivery within 3 to 5 business days. AIT delivery is not available for Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
Orders shipping to Puerto Rico will incur a 6.6% duty tax. Orders shipping to Puerto Rico via FedEx will incur an additional $5.00 handling surcharge.

Our friendly after-hours answering service is available between open and close on weekdays and 24 hours Saturday and Sunday. Any queries will be responded to promptly on the next business day.

Q8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover® and debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos.

We also accept bank wire transfers, cashier's checks, certified checks, personal checks (though they will be subject to verification, and this will slow the fulfillment process) and postal money orders.

We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
