The FD70W is a cost-effective in-ceiling speaker assembly designed for commercial paging and background music applications. This all-in-one solution includes a high-quality 8" treated paper cone speaker, a 70.7V transformer with multiple power taps, and a screw-type grille. Shipped fully assembled with the speaker and transformer factory-installed on a 62-8 style baffle, the FD70W is ready for fast and easy installation right out of the box.

Engineered with a 1" diameter voice coil and conventional cone design, the FD70W delivers excellent speech intelligibility and music reproduction across a frequency range of 100Hz - 10kHz. With an average sensitivity of 94 dB and a wide 105° dispersion, it provides reliable coverage in commercial environments. Its attractive white finish blends seamlessly into ceilings, and it mounts easily to standard tile bridges, enclosures, and plaster rings. Lightweight yet durable, the FD70W offers outstanding performance for retail stores, offices, schools, and other professional settings.
