The Auralex MudGuard isolates your mic by eliminating external noise bleed and filtering out external overtones. This design is engineered for maximum effectiveness using Studiofoam to reduce excessive room ambience and off-axis sound.  Simple to use, the MudGuard mounts directly to most mic stands and clips. Use it to isolate, for instance, a vocalist in the same room with the rest of the band - or a horn player positioned near the drummer.
