Inside the Design

This professional four-zone commercial sound system is engineered to deliver high-quality background and foreground music as well as paging in microbreweries and brewpubs up to 6,000 square feet. This system features eight JBL Control HST wide-coverage wall-mount speakers, two JBL Control 28-1 outdoor speakers, and four JBL Control 12C/T in-ceiling speakers. A Pure Resonance Audio MX84 4-zone rack-mount mixer and a Blaze PowerZone 504 4-channel 500W amplifier provide powerful and flexible audio routing. Each zone is equipped with a dedicated Pure Resonance Audio VC100S volume control, and four PREP-3-PREP 3-foot patch cables are included for clean connectivity.

JBL Control HST Wide-Coverage Speakers

The JBL Control HST speakers utilize Hemispherical Soundfield Technology™ to provide extremely wide horizontal coverage and minimize sound reflections off nearby walls. These 5.25" speakers feature dual splayed tweeters for full-range fidelity and are suitable for high-traffic areas like serving zones and production spaces.

JBL Control 28-1 Indoor Outdoor 8" Speakers

Ideal for outdoor patios or seating areas, the JBL Control 28-1 speakers offer a contemporary design with robust weather resistance. Their 8" woofers and 1" tweeters deliver powerful audio with a broad 100° x 100° dispersion pattern and a frequency response from 45 Hz to 20 kHz.

JBL Control 12C/T Compact 3" Ceiling Loudspeakers

The Control 12C/T 3" ceiling loudspeakers offer wide 130° dispersion and a compact design that blends into any environment. They support both 70V/100V and 8-ohm operation, and are well-suited for background music in offices and restrooms.

Pure Resonance Audio MX84 4-Zone 8-Channel Mixer

The MX84 rack-mount mixer provides 8 mic/line inputs and 4 output zones with independent control. Ideal for multi-zone commercial setups, it allows for flexible routing of microphones and music sources across distinct zones.

Blaze PowerZone 504 Power Amplifier

The Blaze PowerZone 504 delivers 500 watts of clean audio power across four channels, making it an ideal companion for multi-zone distributed sound systems. It supports both low and high-impedance loads, ensuring consistent performance.

Pure Resonance Audio VC100S Volume Controls

These 100-watt stainless steel volume controls provide local volume adjustment in each zone. Plate-mounted and compatible with 70V systems, they offer durability and a clean aesthetic for commercial spaces.
