The audio mixer allows two mic-level and four line-level sources (such as a CD player, tape deck, or MP3 player) to be connected to the system. The system includes a pre-programmed limiter to greatly reduce the risk that an untrained operator (say the JV football team) from overdriving the system and damaging speaker components.

All electronics are pre-wired and installed in a rugged rack case for secure transport or storage. Because Technomad assembles and tests your system at the factory, all you have to do is plug the amplifier rack into clean AC power and attach the loudspeaker cables to the loudspeakers. You can easily connect an iPod™/ MP3 player, CD player or tape deck to the system if desired. Most people have their systems up and running in 15 minutes, even if with no prior audio expertise. The only additional hardware needed is the appropriate bolts to mount the speaker brackets to the surface on which they are being installed.
