Preamplifiers

The RDL EZ-MPA1 is a microphone preamplifier with front-panel volume control and audio level metering. A front-panel switch engages an audio compressor to control overloads and clipping during high level audio bursts or peaks from the microphone.

The RDL FP-MP1 Studio Quality Microphone Preamplifier is the ideal choice in most applications where mic to line preamplification is desired. Power connections are made using either the full-size barrier block terminals or a dc power jack located in one end panel.

The RDL RU-MLA2 is a dual channel audio preamplifier. The inputs and outputs may be connected through the front-panel XLR jacks or on the rear panel detachable terminal blocks. Each input accepts either a balanced microphone or line level signal. Each output provides either a microphone or line level signal.

The RDL STM-1 is a low-cost quality microphone preamplifier designed for use in commercial sound and broadcast applications. The compact size makes it ideal where a larger or heavier preamp cannot be used.

The RDL STM-2 is a quality low-noise microphone preamplifier designed for use in commercial sound, broadcast, and recording. The STM-2 is very flexible, with gain adjustment from 35 to 65 dB, two balanced or unbalanced outputs, and available phantom supply input.

The RDL STM-2X is the ideal choice in many installations where a microphone preamplifier is required, and is the ideal choice where either a toggle-type switch or push-to-talk switch is to be provided for microphone control, particularly if condenser microphones are used.
