The EVID-S8.2TB provides powerful, clear, full-range sound in a rugged, weather-resistant design. Each black loudspeaker features a long-throw 8" woofer with a two-way configuration that ensures extended low-frequency performance down to 50 Hz and crisp, balanced highs. With 90W power handling and up to 116 dB peak SPL, these speakers are ideal for background and foreground music, paging, voice evacuation, and sound reinforcement in commercial indoor and outdoor spaces.

Built for durability, the EVID-S8.2TB carries an IP54 rating and a fire-rated ABS enclosure to protect against dust, splashing water, and sun exposure. This makes it suitable for restaurants, bars, patios, retail spaces, fitness clubs, hospitality, theme parks, and leisure venues. The innovative mounting system allows 90 degrees of horizontal rotation and 45 degrees of vertical rotation, enabling precise placement on walls or ceilings.

The EVID-S8.2TB includes a 60W transformer with selectable 70V/100V taps (7.5W, 15W, 30W, or 60W) and an 8Ω bypass for low-impedance operation. As part of the EVID surface-mount speaker family, the EVID-S8.2TB integrates seamlessly with other EVID models, making it easy to design a complete, uniform audio solution that delivers consistent, high-quality sound.
