Community IS6-118B 18-inch Black Medium Power Subwoofer
The IS6-118B is a compact, direct-radiating 700W 18-inch subwoofer designed for powerful and accurate low-frequency reproduction. Large, balanced ports optimize enclosure tuning and equalize air pressure across the driver cone, reducing distortion and extending system longevity. Its FEA-optimized ferrite motor with long linear excursion capabilities delivers deep, controlled bass response despite the enclosure's compact footprint.
As part of the I Series Subwoofer 600 family, the IS6-118B combines excellent acoustic performance, modular flexibility, and refined aesthetics for modern performance spaces. Its low-profile cabinet is ideal for ground-stacked systems, distributed sub-bass reinforcement, or concealed installations. Matching face widths and suspension points ensures seamless integration with I Series full-range loudspeakers in flown arrays.
Optional fly rails, frames, and modular array brackets provide nearly limitless design possibilities while streamlining installation. Available in indoor black or white, weather-resistant gray, or custom-configured finishes with optional cable lengths, the IS6-118B adapts to a wide variety of environments.
Recommended for use with Community Amplified Loudspeaker Controllers (ALC), the IS6-118B achieves optimized, reliable system performance. It is also TAA-compliant, making it eligible for GSA Schedule bids in federal government projects.
