Designed for conference rooms, classrooms, corporate boardrooms, and multi-purpose spaces, this complete solution integrates Pure Resonance Audio and Shure components to provide consistent, reliable performance with flexible room configuration.
At the core of the system is the Pure Resonance Audio SD5 SuperDispersion® drop ceiling speaker array, paired with the RMA240BT 240W Bluetooth mixer amplifier to provide even sound distribution and powerful amplification. The Shure SLXD124+/85M handheld and lavalier combo system provides presenter flexibility, while twelve Shure Microflex MXCW640 wireless conference units with MXC416/C gooseneck microphones enable full-room participation. The MXCWAPT access point transceiver coordinates the MXCW wireless conference system, managing audio routing, frequency coordination, and system control for reliable communication.

Pure Resonance Audio SD5 SuperDispersion Drop Ceiling Speaker Array
The SD5 SuperDispersion® drop ceiling speaker array serves as the acoustic foundation of this system. Engineered with multiple custom drivers arranged for wide, even dispersion, it delivers true 360° x 180° coverage for balanced, intelligible sound throughout the room. Its low-profile drop-ceiling design integrates seamlessly into standard ceiling grids while maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic.
Pure Resonance Audio RMA240BT Rack Mount Bluetooth Mixer Amplifier
The RMA240BT provides 240 watts of reliable amplification to drive the SD5 array with clarity and headroom. Built for commercial environments, this rack-mount mixer amplifier features Bluetooth streaming for convenient wireless audio playback from laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Multiple mic and line inputs, independent level controls, tone adjustment, and emergency override capability make it a versatile control hub for presentations, background audio, and priority announcements.
Shure SLXD124+/85M Handheld and Lavalier Wireless Microphone System
The SLXD124+/85M digital wireless combo system includes an SLXD2+ handheld transmitter with an SM58® cardioid dynamic microphone capsule and an SLXD1+ bodypack transmitter paired with a WL185m cardioid lavalier microphone. It provides transparent 24-bit digital audio with greater than 118 dB dynamic range and reliable RF performance. ShowLink® Ease and Wireless Workbench® compatibility provide remote transmitter management, monitoring, and control, while the handheld and hands-free microphone options give presenters maximum flexibility.
Shure Microflex MXCW640 Wireless Conference Units
The twelve MXCW640 wireless conference units enable participant interaction, including speaking, voting, and discussion management. Each unit features an integrated touchscreen, loudspeaker, user controls, and an SB930 rechargeable lithium-ion battery for more than 11 hours of operation. With cable-free deployment and flexible operating modes, the units allow rooms to be quickly configured for board meetings, training sessions, collaborative workshops, and other meeting applications.
Shure MXC416/C 16" Single-Bend Cardioid Gooseneck Conference Microphones
Each MXCW640 unit is paired with a Shure MXC416/C 16-inch single-bend cardioid gooseneck microphone for precise voice capture. The cardioid pickup pattern helps reduce pickup of unwanted room noise, while the flexible gooseneck allows comfortable positioning for each participant. The integrated status light ring provides clear microphone status indication during meetings.
Shure MXCWAPT Access Point Transceiver
The MXCWAPT access point transceiver serves as the hub of the Microflex Complete Wireless conference system, managing audio routing, frequency coordination, and system control for up to 125 MXCW640 wireless conference units. Automatic frequency coordination and interference detection and avoidance help maintain reliable wireless communication, while AES-128 encryption provides enhanced privacy for wireless audio. The MXCWAPT also provides Dante and analog audio connectivity for integration with the rest of the sound system.
