Dynacord TPC-1 5.7" Touch Panel Controller
The TPC-1 touch panel controller features a 5.7" capacitive IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels and a brightness of 450 nits. It operates over Gigabit Ethernet and uses a quad-core 64-bit ARM processor to function as an independent system controller. Designed for Dynacord SONICUE sound systems, the panel provides a freely configurable control interface for managing compatible system devices, including IPX, IX, and MXE series devices. SONICUE allows custom control layouts with images, schematics, and logos, supporting PNG, JPG, GIF, and BMP image formats.
Control of compatible third-party devices is also supported through dedicated gateways. The integrated proximity sensor can wake the display from dim or display-off mode at distances up to approximately 1.2 m, while optional PIN protection helps prevent unauthorized access. Firmware updates are supported through software, and a rear USB 2.0 connection is provided for maintenance and service.
The TPC-1 is powered via IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) at a nominal 48 VDC, with an optional 24 VDC auxiliary power input. Power consumption is typically 6W, with a maximum of 8W. Its slim in-wall design supports standard single-gang US, UK, and EU wall boxes, including installations with limited wall depth. The controller supports portrait or landscape mounting, and the included mounting bracket set provides secure installation and helps prevent unauthorized removal. The optional 24 VDC power supply is not included.
