Pro Acoustics offers free ground shipping on select products. Our free shipping offer is available for orders shipped in the continental United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, or international addresses do not qualify.

Order Delivery
NOTE: Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding holidays.
- Non-business days are not counted in delivery times.
- Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days.
- There are no scheduled shipping pickups on weekends or holidays. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it cannot be processed until the next business day.
- If you have special delivery needs, please call us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Items that are out of stock at the time of your order will ship as soon as they are available, using the method you selected.
- Shipping descriptions like "Next Day", "2-Day", etc., denote service levels and do not guarantee delivery times. They represent time in transit after an item has been shipped. The delivery times are based upon item availability and shipping to urban areas within the continental U.S. (48 states). Delivery to rural areas, Alaska, and Hawaii may take longer.
- U.S. Orders: We will only ship to the credit card billing address or an approved alternate shipping address. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your credit card billing address is a PO Box, please use an approved alternate shipping address.
