Inside the Design

This large, high output distributed gym speaker system can cover the entire gymnasium, including the locker rooms, ticket area, and other auxiliary areas and provides high-quality sound reproduction with a high-SPL up to 121 dB for foreground music and clear intelligible vocals for play-by-plays, announcements and paging. This gym sound system comes with twelve Bose ArenaMatch AMU108 8" speakers with 90° x 60° of coverage, four AMU105 5.25" 100° x 100° speakers, eight 5.25" DesignMax in-ceiling speakers, and four 10" wall mount or floor subwoofers. Other features of this system include a Bose CC-64 wall control system for the entire gym, and two CC-16 wall controls for the locker room and ticket booth. An in-wall XLR input and Bluetooth mixer make it easy for multiple users to control the system or connect additional mics or audio sources for superb flexibility. You can easily adjust each individual input via the in-wall mixer, giving you full control of the audio mix.

About the System Components

This high-quality gymnasium sound system includes twelve Bose ArenaMatch Utility AMU108 8" loudspeakers with 90° x 60° coverage and four Bose ArenaMatch Utility AMU105 5.25" loudspeakers with 100° x 100° coverage, both IP55 rated. Eight DesignMax DM5C 5.25" 60W in-ceiling speakers and four MB210-WR 10" weather-resistant compact subwoofers that can be wall mounted. Also included is a Bose PowerMatch PM8500N 8-channel power amplifier with Ethernet network control, that's 8 x 500W channels at 4 ohms and also has a USB port dual voltage Auto-Standby/Auto-Wake feature. We've also included a Bose AmpLink 24-channel input card to receive 24 digital audio channels from a Bose DSP via a shielded CAT 5 cable. The Atlas Sound WTSD-MIX31K indoor outdoor 3x1 analog wall mic / line / Bluetooth / aux mixer and all-weather security cover with lock and key provides flexibility and security. This system also includes two Shure QLXD124/85 handheld and lavalier combo wireless microphone systems, an SBC200-US dual docking battery charger with a PS45US power supply, and two Shure SB900B Lithium-Ion rechargeable batteries for extra backup.
