The LA-166 Neck Loop is a deceptively simple looking loop that acts as a wireless connection to hearing aids equipped with a "T" coil. Listeners hook the loop into their wireless receiver, slip the loop around their neck, and the "T" coil picks up the sound and amplifies the transmitted sound into the ear.
