Xvive P58 Guitar Wireless System
THE SYSTEM
The P58 system is comprised of a Transmitter, which connects to your audio source (typically an electric guitar or bass); and a combination Receiver / Tuner Pedal, which can be in the first position of your pedalboard, or can be placed alone between your instrument and your amp or sound interface. A 12V power supply for the Receiver/Tuner is also included.
PRESERVE YOUR TONE
The P58 system features crystal-clear 24-bit / 48 kHz audio, with a very wide and smooth frequency response between 20 Hz and 20 kHz and a signal-to-noise ratio of 110 decibels. Going wireless with the P58 system will not compromise your precious tone!
TRUE OR BUFFERED BYPASS
The P58R Receiver/Tuner features a switch that allows you to choose either True Bypass mode, or Buffered Bypass mode. Buffered Bypass is a good choice if you use long cables and/or a lot of pedals between the A58 Receiver and your amp. If you want tonal purity and have a smaller setup, True Bypass is the way to go.
TUNER
The P58 Receiver integrates a high-precision A-440 digital tuner that is visible under bright stage lights or outside in the sun! In addition to showing you how in tune you are, the display indicates which wireless channel is active and shows when the Mute is engaged and when the Transmitter and Receiver are successfully connected.
AUTO CHANNEL SELECTION
The 5.8 GHz wireless band is less crowded than 2.4 GHz, so you can trust that your signal will be clean and solid no matter how long your gig or rehearsal is. In addition, the P58R True Diversity Receiver scans the available six wireless channels and automatically selects the strongest one. This guarantees you a rock-solid wireless connection, every time!
ACTIVE OR PASSIVE
The A58T Transmitter has a Mode switch that allows you to toggle between Active and Passive modes. If your guitar or bass has passive pickups, choose Passive mode. If you have have active or high-output pickups, the Active mode applies a -10 dB pad to the Transmitter’s signal, preventing unwanted distortion and clipping and giving you a better-quality signal.
TAKE CHARGE
The Receiver is powered by an included 12V DC adapter, or by any 9-12V DC (200 mA minimum) power source such as a pedalboard power supply. The Transmitter’s internal rechargeable battery can be charged via USB-C by the Receiver/Tuner Pedal, or from any USB-C 5V/2A power source. Fully charging the Transmitter takes 2.5 hours and the charge lasts for 5 hours.
