The 8XD4 is a high-quality recessed steel enclosure engineered for use with 8-inch speaker drivers in commercial and professional audio installations. Constructed from durable steel, this 4-inch deep back box provides secure housing and acoustic integrity for ceiling and wall-mounted speaker systems.

Designed with a slight taper, the 8XD4 allows multiple enclosures to be easily stacked for convenient storage and transport. The enclosure includes five combination knockouts, four on the sides and one on the top, to provide flexible cable entry options for various installation needs.

Finished in a clean white powder epoxy coating, the Lowell 8XD4 offers both corrosion resistance and a professional appearance suitable for any environment. A foam pad is included to reduce vibration and resonance, ensuring reliable performance and smooth sound quality.
