The RS18-PI RAY SUB 18" low-profile high-output subwoofer in black is a professional-grade subwoofer engineered for touring and fixed installations. Utilizing patent-pending RAY SUB technology, it optimizes the positioning and phase relationships of its dual 18" Neodymium drivers, allowing rear and front radiating sections to sum efficiently across the entire bandwidth. This provides an average 5 dB gain in the forward direction while reducing rear radiation, making it ideal for cardioid or directional applications.
With a frequency response of 30 Hz - 100 Hz, the RS18-PI offers low-profile, high-output, modular, scalable bass suitable for standalone operation or integration into larger NEXO systems. The subwoofer features configurable directivity patterns, aerodynamically profiled vents with 20 dB noise reduction, and high linearity at maximum SPL, providing precise and controlled low-frequency performance in complex acoustic environments.
