The Saturna hanging acoustic baffles from Primacoustic are a professionally designed ceiling-suspended acoustic solution for reducing ambient noise, reverberation, and distracting echoes in large open spaces. Suspended vertically from ceilings, the 24" x 48" x 1.5" baffles absorb sound on both sides, providing broadband absorption without taking up valuable wall space. They are particularly effective in spaces with tall ceilings, such as gymnasiums, convention centers, warehouses, and industrial facilities, where speech intelligibility and acoustic comfort are important. For spaces with lower ceilings, the Saturna LP provides similar acoustic control with a reduced profile, while the smaller Mini is designed for tighter spaces.

Each baffle features a high-density 6 lb/ft³ (96 kg/m³) glass wool core covered in acoustically transparent polyester fabric in arctic white. The high-performance glass wool provides balanced broadband absorption, including low-frequency absorption down to 125 Hz, helping control reflections and reverberation for improved speech intelligibility and a more comfortable acoustic environment. The square-edge panels combine effective sound control with an attractive architectural appearance.

Installation is straightforward with the integrated Corkscrew anchors and included SlipNot suspension cables, T-anchors, and eye hooks for mounting to most ceilings. Each two-pack includes two 24" x 48" x 1.5" Saturna baffles in arctic white, along with suspension hardware. Designed for commercial and institutional spaces, the Saturna provides effective sound absorption while preserving wall space and maintaining an unobtrusive appearance.
