QSC LS118 18-Inch 4000W Dante-Enabled Powered Subwoofer
The LS118 is a powered 18-inch subwoofer designed for applications ranging from portable plug-and-play sound systems to demanding networked AV productions and fixed installations. Its purpose-designed, long-excursion driver and 4000W peak Class D amplifier deliver up to 138 dB peak SPL with powerful low-frequency performance. The selectable DEEP mode extends low-frequency output, while the Acoustic Linear Phase (ALP) design helps QSC loudspeakers work coherently together for a consistent listening experience across the venue.
Supports omnidirectional and cardioid radiation modes, with a minimum of two units required for cardioid configurations. Dante audio-over-IP enables interoperability with other networked audio equipment, while integration with the Q-SYS Ecosystem through Q-SYS Inventory Extensions supports system control and monitoring. The QSC SysNav app allows users to design, configure, control, monitor, and apply signal processing to individual subwoofers, full arrays, or groups of loudspeakers.
Built with a rugged wooden enclosure and durable Polyurea coating, the LS118 includes four heavy-duty, low-noise casters for convenient transport. It supports horizontal or vertical deployment using its M20 threaded pole receivers with compatible array frames, ground-stack adaptors, or loudspeaker poles. The LS118 is designed to complement QSC LA108 and LA112 active line array loudspeakers and is eligible for a six-year warranty when registered within 30 days of purchase.
