Raxxess MPS Modular Power Strips offer system designers and installers a unique and powerful solution for integrating AC power into rack systems. Available in two lengths (32.5" with up to 7 receptacles & 64" with up to 14 receptacles), each strip can be custom configured and built to order. Using our supplied design template, a designer can specify the location, type and current rating of each receptacle, as well as designate its circuit number. Multiple circuits, receptacle types and current ratings can all be combined in a single strip. There are over 1,000 possible configurations available.
Constructed of 16-gauge powder-coated steel, each MPS features a unique cable management channel and plenty of tie-off points for keeping AC cable bundles segregated from audio and control cables. MPS strips mount vertically inside our commercial enclosures and Raxxess offers free installation when ordered in combination with a rack. Standard termination options include color-coded and labeled pigtails and NEC junction boxes.
For those installations requiring remote on/off control of multiple circuit strips, our PM-1M sequencing power modules allow independent on/off sequencing of any desired combination of circuits and outlets. The Raxxess SC-6 Low-Voltage Sequencing Controller connects to the first PM-1 in the chain via CAT-5 (ethernet)cable. Each subsequent remote module can be connected in either daisy chain or star configurations. Each module contains a 24VDC relay.
