I agree with everything StefS said in their review. You won't find a better combination of value, performance, design, and quality plus a company that truly prioritizes standing behind its products and supporting its customers anywhere near its price point.
I should say that the most important thing in your signal chain is impedance matching with pickups. I use and highly recommend the Red Eye preamp, which actively monitors and matches impedance so the pickup can operate unloaded within its optimal parameters.
