A powerful all-in-one sound masking, office paging and background music loudspeaker system solution for any office space or commercial environment. The Cambridge Qt X 300 is ideal for medium multi-zone spaces of up to 36,000 square feet (3,345 m2). This system is capable of covering up to 3 diverse areas in buildings needing improved speech privacy. This robust and feature-rich system is easy to control and maintain. Users can adjust system settings via the easy-interface front panel, and can also set up error reporting and establish time dependent masking levels via their PC, Mac or tablet device using the intuitive Qt® Monitoring and Control Software. Additionally, the Qt X 300 is an integrated solution offering sound masking along with paging and music via the two auxiliary audio inputs.

About the System Components

Cambridge Qt Active Emitters

The Cambridge Qt active emitter is a single-source Emitter loudspeaker capable of sound masking, paging and music. The Cambridge Qt sound masking emitters are the backbone of the Qt Quiet Technology Sound Masking System. Qt emitter sound masking speakers are smaller than a coffee mug. Delivers superior uniformity which leads to a more comfortable sound masking experience and clear, quality office paging and background music.

CAMBRIDGE QT X 300 CONTROLLER

The Cambridge Qt X 300 control module is a sound masking generator, controller, third-octave band equalizer and amplifier, with two auxiliary audio inputs to allow for distribution of audio from paging controllers and/or (background) music players. The Qt X 300 controls up to three zones of Qt standard or active emitters.

CAMBRIDGE ACTIVE EMITTER POWER INJECTOR

The active emitter power injector is used to combine DC power from the active emitter power supply with the audio signal from the QtPro module in order to provide a powered "signal" for the Qt® active emitter.

CAMBRIDGE ACTIVE EMITTER POWER SUPPLY

The Cambridge active emitter power supply is an external power supply that provides DC power to the Qt® active emitter through the active emitter power injector. It houses three 14/2 conductor cabling outputs that each power up to 50 Qt active emitters for a total of 150 active emitters maximum.
