The IPD-SM82-EZ-II-WX is an 8" weather-resistant, Dante-enabled surface mount loudspeaker designed for reliable performance in both indoor and outdoor applications. Equipped with a built-in 40W PoE amplifier, this digital endpoint solution simplifies installation and setup while delivering clear, powerful sound.
Driver components include an 8" polypropylene woofer and a 1" soft dome tweeter housed in a ported enclosure for full-range audio reproduction. The speaker features an IP65-rated design with a powder-coated aluminum grille, ensuring durability and protection against dust and moisture. For outdoor use, the included port plug must be installed to maintain the weather-resistant seal. For indoor installations, the port plug can be removed for enhanced bass response.
The IPD-SM82-EZ-II-WX comes complete with a pre-mountable surface-mount bracket, safety cable, wall mount bracket, conduit connector, and port plug for fast and secure installation. UL 60065 approved, this speaker is a versatile solution for paging, background music, and foreground sound reinforcement in a wide range of environments.
