Williams AV BA T1 Infinium Auracast Transmitter
The Infinium BA T1 transmitter is a scalable expansion component designed to extend both the coverage area and audio channel capacity of Infinium Auracast broadcast audio systems. By adding transmitters, integrators can introduce additional audio streams such as multiple languages, audio description, or program feeds while expanding coverage across larger rooms, adjacent spaces, and multi-zone environments.
Each BA T1 transmitter communicates seamlessly with an Infinium controller to deliver synchronized, high-quality audio with ultra-low latency under 40 ms to Auracast-compatible devices and Infinium receivers. Its compact, low-profile design allows for discreet installation in ceilings, walls, or podiums, preserving the aesthetics of professional AV spaces while ensuring reliable performance.
Installation is streamlined with a single CAT5 cable that carries power, audio, and control, simplifying deployment and reducing infrastructure complexity. When paired with Infinium’s Enhanced Scale and Management (ESM) capabilities, the BA T1 enables centralized control and efficient organization of multi-transmitter systems, making it ideal for large venues, campuses, and enterprise audio environments.
