The Williams AV IR SYS32 is a complete, high-performance infrared assistive listening system designed to deliver crystal-clear, secure audio while meeting ADA accessibility requirements. It is built around the advanced SoundPlus® T3 infrared transmitter, which features next-generation high-efficiency LED technology. This provides a powerful, reliable signal with superior coverage—up to 32,000 square feet in single-channel mode—while minimizing dropouts, background noise, and reverberation.

The dual-channel T3 transmitter operates on two carrier frequencies (2.3 MHz and 2.8 MHz), enabling simultaneous assistive listening and language interpretation or audio description. Its LED-based design ensures high reliability and efficiency, while maintaining signal privacy and eliminating audio spillover into adjacent rooms—ideal for sensitive or confidential environments.

The IR SYS32 includes everything needed to create a fully ADA-compliant listening environment: three four-channel WIR RX22-4 receivers, three HED 021 folding mono headphones, two NKL 001 neckloops (compatible with T-coil hearing aids or cochlear implants), an omnidirectional wall/ceiling mounting bracket, a power supply, and a "Hearing Assistance Available" wall plaque for clear accessibility signage. The system also supports Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) for flexible installation options.

Each receiver features dual infrared detectors, channel selectability, and long-lasting battery performance—up to 60 hours on alkaline batteries. The neckloops include breakaway safety connectors for added user protection. The transmitter also features balanced and unbalanced audio inputs, microphone input with gain control, and LED signal indicators, all housed in a slim, fanless, convection-cooled enclosure.
