Atlas Sound HLE/MLE-30 Wide Angle Horn and HLE-3T 60W Compression Driver Package
This explosion-proof UL-listed speaker horn package includes the Atlas Sound HLE/MLE-30 horn and the HLE-3T 60W driver with a 70V transformer and is designed for use in hydrogen environments and creates a 120° x 60° pattern for wide area coverage.
The model HLE/MLE-30 is a high-quality, polycarbonate projector that creates a wide area pattern coverage. When paired with the explosion-proof compression driver, this horn assembly provides engineered, high-efficiency voice and electronic signal communication in hazardous areas. Only the HLE/MLE-30 and the HLE/MLE-32 horns are UL Listed for use with the HLE or MLE line of explosion-proof drivers.
The HLE-3T explosion-proof compression driver is protected within a rugged die-cast aluminum housing and has 60W power handling. It includes a factory-installed, internally mounted transformer (Note: To meet UL requirements the transformer must be factory installed). The model is equipped with 1/2" conduit access and an adjustable mounting bracket. The HLE-3T is rated for Class 1/ Group B, C and D and can be used in Atmospheres Containing: Gas Atmospheres (including Ethyl, Ether, Gasoline Naphtha, Alcohols) plus, Hydrogen, Gas and Vapor. Only the HLE/MLE-30 and the HLE/MLE-32 Horns are UL Listed for use with the HLE or MLE line of explosion-proof drivers.
