The in-ceiling subwoofer features an 8-inch woofer with a 38 Hz – 155 Hz frequency range. When paired with compatible Bose DSPs and amplifiers, enabling SmartBass processing and loudspeaker EQ further enhances performance at any listening level.

Sleek, minimum-bezel grilles and refined industrial styling allow the DM8C-SUB to blend seamlessly with any décor. Ceiling-mounted subwoofers are supplied standard in white, with optional black accessory grilles available separately. Grilles are also paintable to accommodate custom design requirements.
Feel The Difference
For installers, patented QuickHold mounting mechanisms streamline installation, reducing strain and saving time. QuickHold temporarily holds the subwoofer in place, freeing both hands to complete wiring and final fastening.
For ceiling-mounted models, simply insert the subwoofer into the cutout. QuickHold mounting arms automatically engage to hold the unit securely while installation is finalized.
