Description

This Small to Medium Bose Restaurant Sound System is perfect when you need background music that will add to your customers’ mealtime enjoyment without interfering with their conversation. This system is ideal for small coverage areas and can be easily expanded for further coverage and control over separate zones and paging.

The Bose FreeSpace® DS 16S loudspeakers are entry-level, full-range, surface-mount loudspeakers designed for background music and speech reproduction in a wide range of installed applications. They have a broad 170° x 160° coverage pattern and frequency range down to 80 Hz.

The Bose FreeSpace® IZA 190-HZ integrated zone amplifier ideal for background/foreground music and paging applications. The Bose® FreeSpace® IZA 190-HZ integrated zone amplifiers are designed to deliver premium sound, provide simplified set up and easy daily operation, and offer the flexibility to expand when more loudspeakers are required. When used with FreeSpace DS 16 and DS 40 loudspeakers, even further sound optimization is possible through onboard selectable EQ presets.

The Bose® ControlCenter CC-2 zone controllers provide volume and A/B source selection for FreeSpace® and ControlSpace® products.

Features

Bose FreeSpace DS 16S Surface Mount Loudspeakers:

  • Full-range loudspeaker with a single 2.25" (57 mm) full-range driver in a ported enclosure designed for surface mounting in background music and paging applications
  • Simple 1->2->3 installation system. Mounting hardware allows for horizontal and vertical orientation with adjustable pitch or yaw
  • Integrated multi-tap transformer with innovative thumb wheel adjustment for easy-to-change tap settings from under front end cap
  • Shared voicing across entire FreeSpace DS product family enables DS 16, DS 40 and DS 100 loudspeakers to be integrated on the same system and maintain consistent tonal quality
  • Can be combined with either surface or flush-mount FreeSpace 3 Acoustimass® module for extended bass response
  • Supported by a suite of accessories, including wall-mount bracket, ceiling-mount bracket, pole-mount bracket and junction boxes

Bose FreeSpace IZA 190-HZ Zone Amplifier:

  • Amplification for premium sound from a reliable, high quality Class-D amplifier provides optimized performance and premium sound quality through the use of internal digital signal processing
  • Installation made simple with set up done locally from the front and rear panels of the amplifier—no computer is required
  • Opti-voice® paging provides smooth automatic transition between the music and page signals
  • End-user friendly front panel allows users to connect devices easily, make tonal adjustments or select between two sources.
  • Compact, lightweight design enables the FreeSpace integrated zone amplifier to be placed out of the way—on a table, desk, counter, shelf or in an equipment rack using the optional Rack Mount Kit accessory
  • Easy connectivity and expansion are possible for applications where a second set of output channels are required. An auxiliary line output is provided to share signals with an optional FreeSpace ZA 250-LZ or ZA 190-HZ

Bose® ControlCenter CC-2 Zone Controller:

  • The ControlCenter series is a set of remote controls for use with Bose FreeSpace® amplifiers, PowerShare amplifiers, and ControlSpace® processors
  • Each zone controller includes a sheet of pre-printed labels, with two blanks for custom labeling
