The IP-22SYSP is a 2' x 2' suspended ceiling passive speaker designed to seamlessly extend the coverage of PoE+ powered IPX speakers in large spaces. Its industrial design matches the IP-22SYSM, allowing mixed systems of active and passive speakers to maintain a uniform visual appearance. The IP-22SYSP offers a simple, low-impedance (8Ω) solution, eliminating the complexity and cost associated with traditional 70/100V systems.

Ideal for schools, corporate offices, government buildings, houses of worship, and light commercial installations, the IP-22SYSP connects directly to the secondary speaker output of an active IPX speaker. This allows installers to expand audio coverage efficiently while maintaining high-quality speech and background music reproduction. Its wide dispersion and 8" direct-drive loudspeaker ensure consistent audio across large rooms.

Engineered for durability, the IP-22SYSP features a fully perforated grille, metal backcan and baffle, and a metal electrical box for secure cable termination. UL1480 and UL2043 certified, this passive speaker offers a reliable and long-lasting extension for critical paging, announcements, and background music systems.
