TOA HX-7 + HY-PF7 Speaker Suspension System
The TOA HX-7 is a 2-way compact speaker system that permits both constant directivity control over a wide frequency range and changes in vertical directivity. Its adapted wave front control technology is ideal for reproducing clear sound in spaces with long reverberation times or high background noise.
The HX-7 expands the HX Series with a larger, more powerful configuration. The HX-7 adds true line array performance to its already impressive range of configurations. Its improved hi-frequency driver compliment improves output, power handling, and provides enhanced intelligibility within the vocal range. Multiple HX-7's may be stacked together vertically for increased power handling and distance coverage. Like its smaller sibling, the HX-5, the HX-7 offers flexibility not available with other "single-box" speaker products.
The HX-7 variable dispersion line array with SYNC-Drive waveguide technology utilizes its award winning enclosure design, employing four modules per unit, to allow precise adjustment of sound dispersion angles of 0 - 15 - 30 and 45 degrees. Offering pristine clarity in a wide range of applications from sports venues, auditoriums, concert hall and challenging houses of worship. With the HX-7 you're getting affordable quality and stellar performance. What you get is all that can be heard, from a whisper to a scream, TOA has it covered. The HY-PF7 speaker rigging frame is used exclusively to suspend the HX-7 speaker system from a high ceiling indoors. The FB-150 subwoofer system can also be suspended using the HY-PF7 and the supplied mounting brackets. The HY-PF7 is capable of suspending up to two HX-7 speakers (with the HY-CN7 brackets) and one FB-150 subwoofer.
- Step 1. Using the HX-7's suspension and rear brackets, suspend the HX-7 HX-7 at 3 points of the rigging frame.
- Step 2. Suspend the speaker/rigging frame assembly from the ceiling using chains or wires and carabiners attached to the rigging frame in 4 places (chains/wires and carabiners not included.)
