The Lowell 25LVC-DA Decora® volume control is a contractor-grade, 25W autoformer attenuator designed for reliable level adjustment on 25V and 70V distributed speaker lines. It provides smooth, stepped attenuation for precise control of single or multiple loudspeaker runs while maintaining consistent audio performance across commercial sound systems.

This single-gang unit mounts in a minimum wall depth of 2.125", fitting standard electrical back boxes for clean, professional installations. Phoenix-style removable screw terminal blocks support pre-wiring and accept up to 14 AWG conductors, simplifying installation and future servicing.

Stepped attenuation is available in 3 dB or 1.5 dB increments, delivering predictable and repeatable output levels. Units equipped with a 24 VDC priority relay (5 mA) allow paging and emergency signals to bypass the attenuator automatically, ensuring critical communications override local volume settings when required.

Each 25LVC-DA includes a 1-gang Decora wall plate with an almond/ivory rotary knob and is ETL Listed for code-compliant commercial applications.
