This stereo set features two KM183 miniature condenser mics, two SG 21/17 stand mount swivels and two WNS 100 windscreens in an attractive wooden box.

Packed with the same sophisticated electro-acoustic features found in higher-end Neumann microphones, these compact non-modular mics are nevertheless geared for serious production and home recording studios.

The omnidirectional KM183 is a pressure transducer with a boost of approximately 7 dB at 10 kHz in the free field, and has a flat frequency response in the diffuse sound field. For more distant miking it offers a smooth increase in high-end response, ensuring a crisp sound. It offers the same balanced, phantom-powered output found in all Neumann microphones, and sports a nickel finish.
