Shure MXW8X Wireless Gooseneck Transmitter
The MXW8X desktop-based gooseneck transmitter is designed for professional conferencing and presentation environments, providing flexible, high-quality wireless audio. Compatible with Microflex MX405, MX410, and MX415 modular gooseneck microphones, it supports multiple lengths, polar patterns, and LED configurations. Its stylish, compact design blends seamlessly into conference tables and meeting rooms.
Equipped with bi-directional wireless, the MXW8X allows return-channel audio and real-time remote control of microphone settings, including light ring indicators. Programmable mute buttons provide push-to-talk, push-to-mute, momentary, or toggle functionality for individual or multiple microphones. The system also includes AES-256 encryption to protect sensitive meeting audio and an earphone output via USB-C for translation, cueing, or program audio monitoring.
Advanced lithium-ion batteries deliver up to 39 hours of continuous use and recharge fully in 4 hours. The high-resolution matrix display provides detailed information on battery runtime, RF signal quality, system alerts, and user-editable microphone details. Additional features include a concealed power switch to prevent accidental shutdown, out-of-range alerts, easy wireless linking through networked charging stations, and USB charging support for always-on operation.
