Website Update Coming July 8, 2026

We're making improvements to proacousticsusa.com effective Wednesday, July 8, 2026, to provide a better online experience for our customers.

What's Changing

Our updated website will provide an improved shopping, account, quote, and ordering experience. These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to making it easier for customers to find the right commercial audio solutions, manage their accounts, and work with our team.

Will My Account Information Transfer?

Yes, your existing customer account information, including past purchase history and quotes, will be transferred and made available on the updated website. Additionally, tax documents, as well as your contractor, dealer, or tax exemption statuses, will also be transferred and applied to the updated site.

However, for PCI compliance and account security reasons, existing account passwords cannot be transferred.

Do I Need To Do Anything Now?

No action is needed before July 8.

After the updated website is live, existing customers will need to create a new password or use "Forgot your password?" on the login page to access their customer account.

What About My Open Quote?

If you have an open quote, it may need to be reviewed or updated after the website transition. Please contact your dedicated sales representative if you need assistance with an existing quote.
