The BA-T1W Infinium Auracast transmitter with an IP66 weather-resistant outdoor enclosure extends Auracast broadcast audio into outdoor and weather-exposed environments while maintaining the same low-latency performance as the Infinium platform. Finished in white for a clean, unobtrusive appearance, it is designed for assistive listening, language interpretation, audio description, and public audio distribution, enabling reliable wireless audio coverage wherever conventional indoor installations are not practical.
This complete outdoor-ready package includes the Infinium T1 Transmitter, an IP66-rated weather-resistant enclosure, a ventilation CAT5e cable gland, and installation hardware for fast deployment. The enclosure protects against dust and high-pressure water exposure while allowing pressure equalization and moisture release to help prevent internal condensation. Multiple conduit knockouts and the paintable white enclosure provide flexible installation options that blend seamlessly into a variety of outdoor environments.
Ideal for stadiums, transit stations, campuses, houses of worship, theme parks, outdoor performance venues, and other public gathering spaces, the BA-T1W connects to the Infinium Controller through a single CAT5e cable that carries power, audio, and control signals. Its scalable architecture allows additional transmitters to be added without requiring extra controllers, making it an efficient solution for expanding Auracast coverage across large installations.
