AtlasIED 8CXT60 8-Inch In-Ceiling Coaxial Compression Driver
The 8CXT60 is a high-performance 8-inch in-ceiling coaxial compression driver designed for commercial and distributed audio applications. It combines an 8-inch low-frequency transducer with a 1-inch exit compression driver to deliver clear, full-range sound with excellent intelligibility.
A curvilinear polypropylene cone helps reduce harmonic distortion while maintaining durability. The built-in crossover network ensures smooth frequency transition between low and high frequencies, resulting in balanced and accurate audio reproduction. With a frequency response of 48 Hz to 18 kHz, 92 dB sensitivity, and 90-degree conical dispersion, it provides consistent coverage across a wide area.
The 8CXT60 includes a factory-installed 60W 70V/100V transformer with selectable power taps at 7.5, 15, 30, and 60 watts, making it ideal for distributed audio systems. It is perfectly suited for use with AtlasIED Q Series enclosures in commercial environments.
