Featuring an 8-inch coaxial design, the DX-S8-UB-B offers higher sound pressure levels and greater sensitivity than typical surface-mount speakers of similar size.
Its modern, low-profile appearance blends seamlessly into various settings, while its weather-resistant construction ensures reliable operation in both indoor and direct outdoor installations. The built-in 70V/100V transformer and low-impedance input offer flexibility for system integration.
The included U-bracket enables secure, tamper-resistant mounting in either horizontal or vertical orientation. The speaker also features Biamp's innovative ClickPlug, which includes an integrated gland nut for weather-sealed connections, simplifying installation and ensuring long-term durability. Designed to match the voicing of Biamp's DX ceiling loudspeakers, the DX-S8-UB-B ensures consistent audio quality across mixed ceiling and surface-mount systems.
