The Dispersion Alignment system on select models provides consistent coverage throughout the room by matching the woofer’s coverage pattern to the wider performance of the tweeter. When paired with compatible Bose DSPs and amplifiers, enabling SmartBass processing and loudspeaker EQ further enhances performance at any listening level.

Surface-mounted DesignMax loudspeakers feature hidden U-brackets that position the enclosure closer to the wall for a clean, modern appearance. Sleek, minimum-bezel grilles, removable logos, and refined industrial design allow DesignMax loudspeakers to integrate seamlessly into a wide range of décors.

Ceiling-mounted DesignMax loudspeakers are supplied standard in white. For installations requiring a black aesthetic, matching black accessory grilles are available and sold separately. Grilles are also paintable to accommodate custom design requirements.

For installers, patented QuickHold mounting mechanisms on each DesignMax loudspeaker streamline the installation process, reducing strain and saving time. Instead of supporting the loudspeaker with one hand while securing it with the other, QuickHold temporarily holds the loudspeaker in place, freeing both hands to complete wiring and final fastening.

For ceiling-mounted models, simply insert the loudspeaker into the cutout. The QuickHold mounting arms automatically engage to hold the loudspeaker securely while installation is finalized.

• Install easily - All models include Euroblock connectors. Ceiling-mounted models come with plenum-rated backcans, tile bridges, and front-access wiring to simplify installation and troubleshooting.
• Install in confined ceiling spaces - Low-profile backcans measure just 10 cm (3.9 in) high for easier placement in tight ceiling cavities.
