With coaxial two-way drivers, the 150-watt DM8C delivers powerful SPL suitable for foreground music, with rich lows and clear, intelligible highs. The Dispersion Alignment system ensures a consistent listening experience by matching the coverage of the 8-inch woofer to the center-firing 1-inch coaxial compression driver. When paired with compatible Bose DSPs and amplifiers, enabling SmartBass processing and loudspeaker EQ further enhances performance across the 52 Hz – 20 kHz frequency range.

Sleek, minimum-bezel grilles, removable logos, and refined industrial design allow DesignMax loudspeakers to integrate seamlessly into any décor. Ceiling-mounted DM8C loudspeakers are supplied standard in white. For installations requiring a black aesthetic, matching black accessory grilles are available and sold separately. Grilles are also paintable to accommodate custom design requirements.

Feel The Difference

For installers, patented QuickHold mounting mechanisms on each DesignMax loudspeaker streamline the installation process, reducing strain and saving time. QuickHold temporarily holds the loudspeaker in place, freeing both hands to complete wiring and final fastening.

For ceiling-mounted models, simply insert the loudspeaker into the cutout. The QuickHold mounting arms automatically engage to hold the loudspeaker securely while installation is finalized.
