Alfatron ALF-MU4K-HUB 4x2 4K HDMI Seamless Switcher
The ALF-MU4K-HUB is an HDMI 2.0 seamless switcher with four inputs, dual mirrored HDMI outputs, multiview, and a USB KVM hub. It supports video resolutions up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4, USB 3.2 bandwidth up to 10 Gbps, and hot-key functions through the USB 2.0 port. The Alfatron ALF-MU4K-HUB allows users to switch video and USB peripherals between connected computers while providing multiple display layout options.
The switcher features one USB-C video input and three HDMI video inputs, along with two mirrored HDMI outputs. Its multiview function offers multiple layout selections and user-defined layouts. USB KVM switching supports two computers at 10 Gbps, with automatic switching based on TMDS/5V detection. The unit also provides de-embedded audio with balanced analog and optical digital outputs, EDID and HDCP management via DIP switches, automatic input switching, HDR support, and CEC control.
The controller features a four-axis joystick for precise pan and tilt control, enabling simultaneous horizontal, vertical, and zoom movements. It also provides independent control of camera zoom and focus, with eight speed levels for adjusting zoom and focus speed. A PC can connect for web-based control, allowing device configurations to be imported or exported, camera settings to be added or modified, and device upgrades to be performed.
The ALF-MU4K-HUB supports control through TCP/IP, RS-232, GPIO dry-contact connections, and front-panel buttons. A web-based GUI provides user control and firmware updates, while Ethernet passthrough is supported through the USB host ports. The switcher supports HDMI 2.0, 18 Gbps bandwidth, HDCP 2.3 with backward compatibility, and includes a 24V 2A power supply.
