Carvin TRC400A 4000W Active Column Array System
The TRC400A takes the TRC platform to the next level with increased headroom, expanded low-frequency impact, and true long-throw performance for larger rooms and outdoor events. Built around a dual-sub, dual-column architecture, it projects clean, intelligible sound deep into the audience while maintaining controlled 120° horizontal coverage and focused vertical dispersion for reduced reflections and feedback. Fast to deploy and designed to scale, it is the ideal mid-size TRC system for professionals who need more output, more projection, and more consistency show after show.
The 4000W modular active column array system delivers 131 dB maximum SPL with a 37 Hz-18 kHz system response, 120° horizontal coverage, and controlled 10° vertical dispersion. Projection can reach up to 400 feet in stacked system configurations. The system includes two TRx3118A 2000W powered subs and two TRx3900F column array loudspeaker pairs, providing expanded coverage and low-end for mid- to large-sized venues.
The system includes two SS7 connecting pole sets, four twist-lock 12ga. speaker cables, two POWERCON AC cables, and two CB3900L carrying bags for the column array loudspeakers. The modular TRC platform is designed for portable and scalable sound reinforcement, with the TRx3900F column arrays stacking above the TRx3118A subwoofers for extended projection and consistent coverage.
