Inside the Design
This small baseball field sound system is designed for music, public address announcements, and paging at smaller baseball fields and outdoor athletic facilities. Two Bose Professional DesignMax DM12SE 12" surface-mount loudspeakers provide full-range outdoor audio coverage, while the Pure Resonance Audio RMA500BT 500W rackmount mixer amplifier provides centralized amplification and Bluetooth connectivity for wireless audio playback.
This sound system also includes a Pure Resonance Audio PTT1 desktop push-to-talk paging microphone for field announcements and play-by-plays. The included XLRF-3-PREP female XLR to prep patch cable provides the connection between the paging microphone and mixer amplifier, while 100 feet of 16/2 plenum-rated speaker wire is included for connecting the loudspeakers to the amplifier.

The Bose Professional DesignMax DM12SE is a weatherized, full-range coaxial loudspeaker designed for indoor and outdoor surface-mount installations. Each loudspeaker features a 12-inch woofer and 1.4-inch compression driver with 102° conical coverage, providing consistent audio distribution for outdoor athletic facilities and other commercial applications. The DM12SE provides 300 watts of long-term continuous power handling and features an IP55-rated enclosure for protection against dust and water exposure. Each loudspeaker includes a surface-mount pan-and-tilt bracket for installation and aiming.
Pure Resonance Audio RMA500BT 500W Bluetooth Mixer Amplifier
The Pure Resonance Audio RMA500BT is a 500-watt Class D mixer amplifier designed for commercial audio installations requiring centralized amplification and source mixing. It supports both 4 to 16-ohm and 70V speaker outputs, providing flexibility for different loudspeaker configurations. Built-in Bluetooth connectivity allows music and other audio to be streamed wirelessly from compatible devices. Its rackmount design provides a convenient installation option for press boxes, concession buildings, equipment areas, and other field facilities.
Pure Resonance Audio PTT1 Push-to-Talk Paging Microphone
The Pure Resonance Audio PTT1 is a desktop push-to-talk paging microphone designed for announcements and paging applications. It features a unidirectional pickup pattern, a 3-pin male XLR connection, and an approximately 5-foot cable, providing a convenient microphone solution for field announcements.
