The TOA ZM-104A has been around for many years and many experienced audio people have one. It can be used to troubleshoot a host of sound system problems, either stand-alone or with some additional gadgets.
It is equipped with a 3-step Range Selector which permits measuring of the impedance in the range of 5Ω to 100 kΩ. The 1kHz signal generator tone is perfect for checking the impedance of any input or output of an electronic audio component.
