Yamaha DM7C-EX 72-Channel Mixing Console with Control Expansion
The DM7C-EX combines the Dante-equipped DM7 compact digital mixing console with the DM7 control expansion controller, providing versatile operation, high sound quality, ease of use, and high reliability for a wide range of professional audio applications. The DM7 compact features 72 mono input mixing channels, 48 mix buses, 12 matrix buses, and 2 stereo buses, along with 16 faders and 12.1" and 7" multi-touch screens. It also provides 16 analog inputs and 16 analog outputs, 144 in/144 out Dante connectivity, an AES/EBU output, a PY slot, and an 18 in/18 out USB audio interface.
The DM7 control adds physical controls for convenient operation across a variety of applications, including user-defined keys, scene memory, monitor control, and panner functions. It features two faders, 16 user-defined keys, four user-defined knobs, scene memory keys, monitor control for monitor A/B, a panner, and a jog wheel. The broadcast/theatre package is included with the DM7 control, while side pads are not included.
The DM7 mixing console features a built-in redundant power supply and can be rack-mounted with the optional RK1 rack mount kit. The DM7 control features dual power supplies through AC INPUT and EXT DC INPUT, with an optional PA-700 AC adaptor available for redundancy. Together, the Yamaha DM7C-EX provides a compact and flexible digital mixing solution for broadcasting, streaming, music production, live hybrid events, concert performances, and other professional audio environments.
