For optimal use, mount the receivers or antenna system as high as possible in the press box or at the top of the stadium or venue and at least 8 to 10 ft above the ground, floor or stage. Make certain that there is an unobstructed line-of-site path between the receiver antenna and the transmitter. When the operating environment is particularly difficult or large you can obtain the best possible range from your system by using this diversity system with at least a 30-50mW transmitter. The working range is an average of 300 ft. We recommend that you test the antenna location before installing. Diversity systems with multiple frequencies and auto-scanning almost always have much better range and performance than similar non-diversity systems.
